ForeShore Adventure Run is back for year 9 with plans to be bigger and better than ever! Participants join us from all over the mid-west for an exciting 5k adventure run featuring 25 obstacles on the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. This family friendly event brings runners of all ages and skills levels together for one cause — running to overcome life’s obstacles.
