Men’s Shelter Supervisor

• Share your faith in Jesus Christ and praying with guests, volunteers and coworkers as opportunities arise.

• Attending to all shelter needs by supervising guests and providing physical, emotional and spiritual assistance as appropriate. 

• Maintain order and cleanliness of discipleship facilities, performing housekeeping duties as needed. 

• Transport Discipleship Program guests to and from appointments. 

• Attend daily chapel services and teach Bible study lessons when chapel speaker is away.

• Part-time, hourly position (24 hours/week). Flexibility in hours will be necessary to meet staffing needs. 

Women’s and Family Shelter Supervisor

• Share your faith in Jesus Christ and praying with guests, volunteers, and coworkers as opportunities arise.

• Attend to all shelter needs by supervising guests and providing physical, emotional, and spiritual assistance as appropriate. 

• Perform new guest intakes, using computer skills. 

• Maintain security of the shelter, including but not limited to, performing room checks, and security rounds.

• Supervise meals and preparation of meals in cook’s absence.

• Part-time, hourly position (24 hours/week).
Flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet staffing needs. 

Marketing and Special Events Officer

• Share your faith in Jesus Christ and praying with guests, volunteers, and coworkers as opportunities arise.

• Create, update and manage website updates for MRM and ForeShore web pages.

• Oversee communication with designer for all areas including internal donor material and events.

• Organize and implement special events with a focus on increasing public awareness and financial support of MRM.

• Strategically plan, execute all details of the organization’s fundraising events. This includes oversight of logistics, budgets, timelines and invitations. 

• Responsible for maintaining brand integrity and following brand guidelines.

• Produce and oversee all marketing and collateral materials for programs, campaigns, newsletters, surveys and events.

• Full-time salaried position (40 hours/week).
Flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet staffing needs. 

Women’s and Family Shelter Lead Supervisor

• Share your faith in Jesus Christ and praying with guests, volunteers, and coworkers as opportunities arise.

• Attend to all shelter needs by supervising guests and providing physical, emotional, and spiritual assistance as appropriate. 

• Perform new guest intakes, using computer skills. 

• Maintain security of the shelter, including but not limited to, performing room checks, and security rounds.

• HMIS data entry, establish the monthly work schedule. 

• Full-time position (40 hours/week).
Flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet staffing needs. 

Men’s Discipleship Program Supervisor

• Share your faith in Jesus Christ and praying with guests, volunteers and coworkers as opportunities arise.

• Maintain order and cleanliness of discipleship facilities, performing housekeeping duties as needed. 

• Supervise discipleship men; planning and overseeing general day-to-day activities while ensuring proper mission standards. 

• Teach Bible study and life skill lessons.

• Supervise meals and preparation of meals in cook’s absence. 

• Part-time, hourly position (24 hours/week). Days vary. 

Cashier/Production Staff

• Share your faith in Jesus Christ and praying with guests, volunteers and coworkers as opportunities arise.

• Greet and assist store customers. 

• Assist with sorting, hanging, pricing and stocking sales floor. 

• Assist with receiving donations. 

• Assist with the cleaning of all areas of the store. 

• Assist with store security. 

• Part-time position, (28 hours/week).  Flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet mission needs.

Assistant Manager of Thrift Store

• Share your faith in Jesus Christ and praying with donors and coworkers as opportunities arise.

• Oversee the pricing, stocking and inventory of donated items.

• • Supervise cashiers and receiving and assisting with customer issues.

• Maintain security, including opening and closing of store.

• Secure all monies and make store deposits to the bank.

• Occasionally providing month-end reports.

• Part-time position, (28 hours/week). Required to work regular Saturday rotation.

Thrift Store Receiving Staff

• Receive gift-in-kind store donations. 

• Test, price, sort and distribute goods to sales floor. 

• Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading trucks. 

• Greet and assist store customers. 

• Daily store maintenance, both inside and outside. 

• Part-time position, (28 hours/week).  Flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet mission needs.

Childcare Coordinator

• Share your faith in Jesus Christ and praying with guests, volunteers, and coworkers as opportunities arise.

• Provide physical, emotional and spiritual care for resident children, including discipline and instruction. 

• Prepare and implement Christian-centered curriculum and activities for children preschool through age 17 as needed. 

• Support and mentor mothers within the shelter family program through communication and various resources.

• Organizing and implementing annual summer camp program for past and present resident children. 

• Part-time position, (25 hours/week). Required to work regular Saturday rotation.

Men’s Discipleship Program Manager

• Share your faith in Jesus Christ and praying with guests, volunteers and coworkers as opportunities arise.

• Supervise the men in the Discipleship Program.

• Transport guests using Mission van. 

• Oversee the housekeeping of the Men’s Discipleship Program.

• Conduct devotions and/or chapel as needed, as well as developing and leading group time with chaplain. 

• Plan and attend a variety of group outings and events.

• Full-time position, (40 hours/week).  Flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet mission needs.
