Hope for tomorrow.

We provide Christ-centered programs and services for the homeless and those in need. Our services take a holistic approach to our local homelessness community by providing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual help.

Homeless Services

We provide temporary emergency shelter to homeless women, families with male children up to their 18 birthday, and custodial single fathers. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, showers, clothing, chapel services, case management, and health screenings are just a few of the services provided to all mission guests.

We provide an environment where homeless families may share meals, attend chapel together, engage in life skills classes, and enjoy family-centered case plans as they work toward ending their homelessness.

We walk alongside our guests through their transformation journey. Guests who secure full-time employment and safe housing receive:

  • Assistance furnishing new home
  • Referrals for marriage counseling

Once in their new home, guests are welcome to continue participating in chapter and life enrichment classes

The Cold Weather Policy ensures a person can find a safe place to sleep and a nutritious meal during the cold months. CWP happens approximately late November – March. Contact shelter for specific dates each year.

Children’s Services

Our Lighthouse Children’s room is open year-round to children staying in shelter. We provide fun spiritual and educational experiences to help restore a sense of normalcy to uprooted lives.

Matthew 19:14Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Residential Program

Our women’s residential programs are designed to address the specific issues that contribute to life instability and, in turn, homelessness. The primary goal of these long-term programs is to walk alongside women and children as they either enter or strengthen their walk with Christ.
